How do I write a note on the log of a CoughDrop user I supervise?

Supervisors and users can record notes that become part of a communicator's log. Notes can be details of therapy sessions, messages to other supervisors, or recorded events and milestones. All supervisors have permission to record notes on a communicator's log.

To record a note for a user, access their account page. This can be done from the dashboard of a supervisor, just select the communicator you want to record a note for and navigate to that person's account page.  On the account page, select "new note" from the extras menu or hit "logs and messaging" from the options on the left of the screen.

On the logs and messaging page use the "add" menu to enter a new note.

Enter the desired note for the communicator and then select whether you would like the note to be sent to the communicator's other connected supervisors or if you would like the communicator to receive notification about the note.

After you have written the note, you can optionally check the "Notify others of this message" box to send this note to the communicator and all of their supervisors. An email or other notification will be sent to all users connected to the account once the note is saved.
