How do I change my CoughDrop password?

There may be times when you need to reset the password on your CoughDrop account or the account of someone you supervise.

To change the password, open your CoughDrop account page and then select "profile" from the menu on the left.  

Now look for the heading "password" on the list of features on the screen and hit "change password."

Input your current password and then the new password you would like to use in the appropriate fields and hit the "save profile" button at the bottom of the page. 

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your CoughDrop password, we would be happy to help you reset it.  Just his the "?" icon in the top right corner of your CoughDrop dashboard to message us and we'll help you get things straightened out. 

If you are not logged in to CoughDrop, you can hit the "support" or "contact us" button at the bottom of the CoughDrop screen or website to reach our support team.
