You can remove a CoughDrop user from your organization at any time. Whether that is a communicator, supporter, or manager, you can remove the connection from anyone within your group.
Remove a Communicator
To remove a communicator from your CoughDrop organization, first open your Organization Managment Portal and select the "communicators" tab.
This will display all communicator accounts linked to your CoughDrop organization
To remove a communicator from your group, hit the "x" next to their username and information.
A warning window will appear in order to verify that you want to remove this person from your group. Hit "remove user" to verify the removal.
NOTE: Removing a user from your organization DOES NOT delete their CoughDrop account. It simply removes your organizataion's link to this person's account. If you were sponsoring this CoughDrop user, their account will need to to find a different sponsorship or funding source to continue full access, but the account will not be deleted.
Remove a Supervisor
To remove a CoughDrop supervisor from your organization, open the "superivsors" tab within the Organization Management Portal.
Hit the "x" next to the supervisor's name and information to remove that supervisor from your CoughDrop organization.
When a supervisor is removed from the CoughDrop organization, any students that are connected to their account through the "rooms" feature will be removed from the supervisors CoughDrop account because they are not longer linked to that organization feature. However, any communicators to which they have connected using the supervisor feature will remain linked to them as a supervisor.
NOTE: Removing a user from your organization DOES NOT delete their CoughDrop account. It simply removes your organizataion's link to this person's account.
Removing an account from a CoughDrop organization room
To remove a communicator or supervisor from a "room" within your organization, hit the "rooms" tab on the menu of your Organization Management Portal.
With the "rooms" options open, you can select "more details" to open the room for which you would like to remove a user (either communicator or supervisor).
Scroll past the room reports and information to the Supervisor and Communicator headings. This will show you which accounts are linked to this room.
Hit the "x" icon next to a communicator or supervisor to remove them from this room.
NOTE: Removing an account from a room DOES NOT remove that account from the organization. The account will still be part of the organization, but will no longer be linked to the supervisors of this room.
